Park Folly Beach offers an administrative appeal process to resolve citations that you have received. If you believe that your Park Folly Beach citation has been issued in error, you may request an administrative review. Park Folly Beach will gladly review any issues concerning a citation that you may wish to appeal. To get started, please appeal by one of the methods below within 30 calendar days from the citation issuance date.

Online: You may appeal online at http://follybeach.parkingauthority.com. Follow directions and include the requested information.

In person:  May be requested by email.

By Phone: Park Folly Beach does not take parking appeals over the phone.
